This interactive workshop builds skills for individuals and peer workers to identify, locate and access suitable supports for their own or others wellbeing. Learn to draw to draw from your lived experience to aid you in navigating complex systems effectively.

At the completion of this workshop, you will:

• Understand Peer Navigation ​and its key principles
• Understand how to identify and locate supports​
• Have developed communication skills​ useful in Peer Navigation
• Have increased knowledge of common challenges within Peer Navigation and how to address them.
