The 2025 CoMHWA AGM will be held on:

Wednesday 29th October
in the CoMHWA Training Room, 14/275 Belmont Avenue, Cloverdale WA

Please arrive from 4.00pm for registration, networking and refreshments, and seated by 4.30pm to hear from our very special guest speaker; to be announced soon! 

All members are welcome and encouraged to attend the AGM as it provides an opportunity to meet CoMHWA Board members, staff and other CoMHWA members. Members not attending the AGM in person may nominate a Proxy on the attached form.

Proxy forms must be received by CoMHWA by 5pm, Friday 24th October 2025.
