All members are welcome and encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting as it provides an opportunity to meet CoMHWA Board members, staff and other CoMHWA members. Members not attending the AGM in person may nominate a Proxy on the enclosed form.

The 2024 CoMHWA AGM will be held on:

Wednesday 30th October
4.00pm, CoMHWA Training Room, 14/275 Belmont Avenue, Cloverdale

Please arrive from 4.00pm for registration, networking and refreshments, and be seated by 4.40pm to hear from our very special guest speaker; The Hon. Amber-Jade Sanderson MLA, Minister for Health; Mental Health.

Proxy forms must be received by 5pm, Friday 25th October 2024.
