Life Launchpad

Peers building skills and supports to live equal, empowered lives.

This project is designed to support people with psychosocial disabilities to set and achieve goals, build and manage support networks, and increased confidence in self-advocacy. Participants are provided with an innovative blend of peer-facilitated, strengths-based skills building through workshops, network facilitation, peer support and peer mentoring.

This project is being delivered until 30th June 2024 and is generously funded by the Department of Social Services.

For further information on this project please contact Elena Mauen, Life Launchpad Project Manager via emauen@comhwa.org.au

On behalf of Radiance, we would like to extend our thanks to you and your fabulous team for delivering the Life Launchpad program to our beautiful mothers in the Southwest. We are so grateful for your commitment in driving down from Perth and delivering this program weekly, giving our service users a safe space to share their experiences and build on their capacities. Given the success of the program, we very much hope to run it again in the near future and would like to consider the inclusion of the program in Margaret River.
