Notice of CoMHWA2016 Annual General Meeting
The 2016 CoMHWA AGM will be held on
Tuesday 25th October
at
Richmond Wellbeing, 29 Manning Road, Cannington
Please arrive at 5.30pm for registration and be seated by 5.50pm.
The Board are pleased to announce
Shadow Minister for Mental HealthHon. Stephen Dawson MLC
as our guest speaker for the evening.
All members are welcome and encouraged to attend the AGM as it provides an opportunity to meet CoMHWA Board members, staff and other CoMHWA members.
Members not attending the AGM in person may nominate a Proxy on the attached form. Proxy forms must be received by CoMHWA by 5pm, Friday 21st October.

- Catch the Armadale / Thornlie line to Cannington.
- Get on the number 72 bus heading towards Perth city.
- You can get off the bus at the first or second stop once it turns down Manning Road. Richmond Wellbeing is located between the Roman Palace restaurant, CoMHWA and AMF Bowling.
Alternatively, if you are driving there is plenty of parking outside Richmond and CoMHWA, including ACROD bays.
