You are invited to provide your final feedback on the draft engagement framework You Matter: engaging with consumers, carers, community and clinicians in health. The Framework focuses on engagement at the service and organisational levels and is targeted at WA Health Service Providers, consumers, carers, communities and clinicians. Youth , Carer and Family Engagement survey

This survey is for the Youth Mental Health Sub Network.This survey is about engagement with young people aged 16-24 who have a mental health issue and their carers, friends and family. A consumer is someone who has experienced mental health issues or has a mental illness.
